By accessing or using Zanmi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zanmi. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Zanmi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Zanmi's systems.
Use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
Scrape or otherwise collect data from Zanmi without written permission.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Zanmi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights is prohibited. We review reported content and take action on objectionable material and abusive users — including content removal and account termination — within 24 hours of a report being filed.

To report objectionable content or abusive behavior, use the in-app report or block controls available on any message, comment, or user profile. You can also contact us at [email protected].

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without notice.

6. Disclaimers

Zanmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
